- Conducted ~50 interviews with full-time Microsoft employees to learn more about their hybrid / virtual meeting experiences
- Completed a comprehensive thematic analysis using the coding software, Atlas.ti, to extract themes from the data
- Developed a report listing top strategies to make hybrid meetings more effective, inclusive, and engaging
- Presented findings to internal stakeholders, including the New Future of Work and Product Development teams
